Jack Dillard: Much Needed Rain Doesn’t Quite Quench Drought

Last Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning was a good rain, it did not break the drought but it did “put a dent in it.” At our place north of Waskom, Texas, just across the state line, we received 3.8 inches of rain.
