Jack Dillard: State Fair of Louisiana is a Big Event for Our Area

The State Fair of Louisiana will open Thursday at the fairgrounds here in Shreveport and continues until Nov.11 (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). We (many of you) neglect to see this as a big event because it is local and this is something that you need to change.
