Jack Dillard: Will the New Year be an Opportunity or a Challenge?

It is difficult not to talk about the weather which has been cold for the Ark-La-Tex, nothing like the north or northwest, but I live here as my own choice and see the advantage of doing so. So far our conditions are fine; we just don’t appreciate the temperatures below freezing and moisture falling.
