Dry Conditions Allow Louisiana Harvest to Move Quickly

A week of very good harvesting weather allowed farmers to get a lot of field work done last week, according to the latest Louisiana Crop Progress and Condition Report. Sugarcane planting is also progressing rapidly, with 81 percent of the crop now in the ground.
