Jack Dillard: Time to Prepare for Hot, Humid Conditions

With the 4th of July over and Labor Day in the future, the Ark-La-Tex should be preparing for our “hot and humid summertime.” If we might have repeat of 2016, all would be well. If we can continue the “cotton-showers” then our row crop producers and cattlemen and hay producers will continue to prosper.
