Evangeline Parish Crops Heavily Damaged by Floods (with video)

EVANGELINE PARISH - Farmers in Evangeline Parish are now getting back into their fields after this month's flood. Rice and soybean farmers say that floods have set back their harvests and could cost them money. A majority of farmers' crops in the parish are dead, wilted and dried out.
