Jack Dillard: Expect a Hot, Dry Summer

Americans always enjoy discussing subjects over which we have no control. Lots of talk about the weather, and 2017 is a good year to discuss. Our seasons starting in the late fall and winter have been mild this year, for the first time in many years we did not have enough “chill hours” to set a peach and plum crop.
