France to Ban Louisiana Made Weed Killer Within Three Years

French President Emmanuel Macron announced earlier this week he's working toward a ban on glyphosate, the active ingredient in the herbicide most commonly purchased as Roundup. Monsanto manufactures glyphosate at a St. Charles Parish plant in Luling, where it employs around 665 people.
