Jack Dillard: Hopefully 2017 Will Provide Us Good Weather

2017 kicked off last Sunday with a week of weather that included some rain, nice sunshine, a few cool days and not a lot of wind. With some adjustments, we can appreciate that weather for the year. Weather is not always the way we want it but if we can slow down the extremes, all will be well.
