Louisiana Rice Stocks Take a Huge Jump

Louisiana rough rice stocks in all positions on August 1, 2016, totaled 3.14 million hundredweight, up 32 percent from August 2015. Stocks held on farms totaled 750,000 hundredweight and off-farm stocks totaled 2.39 million hundredweight.
