Strain to Meet with Farmers Impacted by Flooding Thursday

Louisiana Commissioner of Agriculture and Forestry Dr. Mike Strain will meet with farmers and and tour farms impacted by the historic flood event on Thursday.  The times and locations are as follows:

Meeting 1:  9:00am, Pointe Coupee Farmers Co-op, 5087 Hwy 1, Batchelor, LA 70715

Meeting 2:  2:00pm, Sunshine Equipment Company, 2300 LA-70, Donaldsonville, LA 70346
