Farm Flooded? Here's What to Do

Many farmers in St. Landry Parish and the state lost crops and cattle because of the no-name storm that National Weather Service is now classifying as a "1,000-year rain" that dumped rain for nearly three days and flooded most of south Louisiana nearly two weeks ago.
