Louisiana’s Fall Shrimp Season Off to a Slow Start

Fall shrimp season has gotten off to a slow start in area waters, fishermen and wholesalers say. The season opened at 6 Monday morning in Louisiana's inshore waters, within three miles of the coast, east of the Atchafalaya River.
