Dillard: Weather is Acting Like a Warm Winter Time

Jack Dillard's weekly agriculture column in the Shreveport Times...

We are nearly half way thru February.  Leap Year - 29 days and the weather is acting like a warm winter time. Even with an early Easter (March 27), if I were an avid gardener, I would plant a few rows of my favorite vegetables around the first of March.
