Crawfish Demand Grows With the Catch

Lafourche and Terrebonne residents marked the first week of Lent in typical Louisiana fashion ㅡ with crawfish.

It's still early in the crawfish season, which kicked off in late November, and the price typically drops later in the season after Lent, but that didn't stop seafood lovers from snatching them up Friday.
