Jack Dillard: 2016 a Good Weather Year for Our Area

Hot, dry weather has not left the Ark-La-Tex, but we can see signs of it leaving. As always, not the same weather is needed by all segments of agriculture as the row-crops need dry weather to finish harvesting this year’s crops.
