Crawfish Company's Peeler Jobs Not Agricultural Labor, Judge Says

Law360, New York -- A U.S. Department of Labor judge ruled Wednesday that tasks related to the handling of crawfish after the boiling process could not fit into the definition of agricultural labor, upholding the denial of a temporary labor certification for boilers and peelers sought by a crawfish company.
